横梁吊具使用方法及注意事项
1.移动天车,使天车吊钩与吊梁的吊环连接,当起升到合适高度后,察看吊梁是 否水平,吊链是否打结。
2.然后移动主粱,到被吊物上方,用连接索具与被吊物连接,然后缓慢提升天车。
3.试吊平衡天车提升后,主粱平衡度应小于1°,用肉眼观察承载梁是否处于平衡状态,当完全处于平衡状态时,即可进行吊运。
4.负载试吊负载试吊过程就是整体准备的最后过程,操作的全部过程的最后部分,应缓慢提升负载,当刚刚离地时,停止提升,观察整体受力情况,然后缓慢放松负载,如没有异常,方可正常吊运。

吊运注意事项
1、吊梁使用前首先目视横梁梁体有无变形、裂纹、焊缝开焊等异常现象。试吊过程要满足负载的运行路线,环境条件,确定起升和放升位置,对有影响起吊一律不能吊运,对于主吊梁配备的索具(T8级高强合金链条),使用时不能变位、打结。
2、试吊过程中,梁体负载有异常响声、变形、裂纹立即停止试吊。
3、当试吊成功后,才能进行起吊、吊运,在吊运过程中让有关人员必须明白识别标志,让操作人员看得见的通讯联络。
4、在吊运负载时,不允许超载使用,梁体必须处于平稳状态,梁体不能产生摆动,防止梁体失去平衡,酿成安全事故。
5、负载下边严禁站人,禁止人工扶载。
