        横梁吊具使用方法及注意事项

1.移动天车，使天车吊钩与吊梁的吊环连接，当起升到合适高度后，察看吊梁是  否水平，吊链是否打结。

2.然后移动主粱，到被吊物上方，用连接索具与被吊物连接，然后缓慢提升天车。

3.试吊平衡天车提升后，主粱平衡度应小于1°，用肉眼观察承载梁是否处于平衡状态，当完全处于平衡状态时，即可进行吊运。

4.负载试吊负载试吊过程就是整体准备的最后过程，操作的全部过程的最后部分，应缓慢提升负载，当刚刚离地时，停止提升，观察整体受力情况，然后缓慢放松负载，如没有异常，方可正常吊运。

        吊运注意事项

1、吊梁使用前首先目视横梁梁体有无变形、裂纹、焊缝开焊等异常现象。试吊过程要满足负载的运行路线，环境条件，确定起升和放升位置，对有影响起吊一律不能吊运，对于主吊梁配备的索具（T8级高强合金链条），使用时不能变位、打结。

2、试吊过程中，梁体负载有异常响声、变形、裂纹立即停止试吊。

3、当试吊成功后，才能进行起吊、吊运，在吊运过程中让有关人员必须明白识别标志，让操作人员看得见的通讯联络。

4、在吊运负载时，不允许超载使用，梁体必须处于平稳状态，梁体不能产生摆动，防止梁体失去平衡，酿成安全事故。

5、负载下边严禁站人，禁止人工扶载。
